  • Sales management and leadership of a high performance US cloud services sales team.

  • Manage, coach, motivate sellers covering financial services clients

  • Setting seller sales targets and objectives, driving team to create required pipeline

  • Management of the progression of opportunities within the pipeline towards a successful attainment of the quarterly business closing targets

  • Weekly reporting of progression towards quarterly targets

  • All aspects of seller performance, including hiring, coaching and if needed replacement of subpar performers.

  • Contract negotiations

  • 4 years experience in hiring and managing an industry leading team of sales professionals. Must be able to "lead from the front", inspire, motivate and drive the team to deliver on commitments. This role will also requires experience in sales tracking and forecasting, sales planning and operations along with a history of exceeding signings and revenue targets.

  • 4 years experience selling to banking, insurance and financial institutions at CXO level as well as the line of business executives. Education in finance a plus.

  • 4 years experience leading representatives selling Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Azure cloud solutions
