IBM Financial Sales Executive - Commercial Financing in New York, New York

The IGF Sales Specialist (Financial Sales Executive) for Commercial Financing role is responsible for identifying, progressing and closing new working capital/inventory financing/ AR purchase opportunities in assigned territory. Requires development of compelling financial value propositions targeted at C-level decision makers at IT VARs, VADs and/or Suppliers. Partner and supplier profiles will consist of credit line needs in excess of $2M up to $100M. Responsible for detailed facility or program structuring, including but not limited to collateral reporting, perfected security interests, on-site audits, pricing negotiation, significant document negotiation, and deal activation. This individual will work closely with IGF Commercial Financing field sales team, IGF Commercial Financing Supplier sales team, CoF operations team, contract negotiations, legal, pricing, audit, and credit.This person should be passionate about finance and the leasing business. They should also have a passion for IT Finance trends, Social media, cloud computing, security, up and coming technology trends.The person needs to have an in depth understanding of the partner channel, supplier channel, Asset based lending experience, and AR Purchase structures.IBM Global Financing provides an opportunity to be a part of IBM's business transformation and the future IBM growth.   • IT industry sales experience (5 years +)

  • Inventory/working capital/supply chain financing knowledge, in-depth asset based lending experience (5 years +)

  • Accounts Receivable Purchase/Factoring experience skills, in-depth financial analysis experience (5 years +)

  • Negotiation skills (5 years+)

  • Pricing structuring (5 years +)

  • Legal document analysis (5 years +).
