IBM's Business Analytics & Strategy (BA&S) service line is looking for a TRIRIGA Managing Consultant. The TRIRIGA Managing Consultant leads exploration and design phases for the implementation of TRIRIGA’s product suite to clients. The Managing Consultant works closely with client stakeholders to define and document client specific business needs and application requirements.Key Responsibilities:* Develop process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, and functional design documents* Interact with customers to ensure documentation of accurate and comprehensive data and reporting requirements* Lead configuration and development phases to ensure all requirements are being implemented as designed* Assist the management team in project development, management, and timely completion of project milestones* Ensure timely issue escalation and resolution* Conduct quality assurance activities through validation and testing processes* Work with Application Developers and other team membersYour future, made with IBM.We live in a moment of remarkable change and opportunity.   • At least 2 years experience in working as a lead consultant/developer on complex projects

  • At least 2 years experience in internet strategies and technology

  • At least 2 years experience in Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS)/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

  • At least 2 years experience in TRIRIGA platform and application

  • At least 2 years experience in consulting, working on large implementations, leading requirements gathering, design, documentation, testing and implementation of solutions

  • At least 2 years experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facility Management, or a real estate capital project

  • Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)

  • English: Intermediate
