IBM is seeking a high energy Social Influencer Program Manager on the IBM Blockchain Marketing team to execute a social influencer program designed for energizing an ecosystem of internal and external advocates to support IBM Blockchain as an enabler of enterprise industry solutions. The Social Influencer Program Manager will work with portfolio, content, performance marketing, and offering management teams to execute an integrated influencer program so that it supports a client’s digital journey that delivers the right mix of tactics to increase revenue pipeline and create new leads. The work will involve helping to set social media standards around influencer and employee advocacy, content marketing, campaign and events planning, and insights and analytics across IBM and geographies worldwide. Responsibilities include:
Forming data-driven social strategies based on targeted audiences to drive specific behaviors and outcomes
Leading and directing a team of social content writers and visual designers
Building and managing strategy, budget, and execution rollout of Blockchain social influencer programs—for both internal and external influencers
Managing all key elements of these programs: Community, communications, curriculum, content calendars, influencer activities, onsite and virtual events, rewards systems and distribution, contests
Creating stakeholder management system and coordinating requirements and execution deliverables required for success of programs with cross-IBM stakeholders.
Creating content deliverables, such as weekly newsletters, blogs and videos, required to manage the programs. Work with social and visual design and video teams for assistance.
Promoting influencer activities and content through social networks—through branded and personal for work social accounts
Defining program KPI design and management, tracking mechanisms, and analytics environments
Identifying and recruiting influencers and incenting social behavior by employing principles of advocacy programs and techniques
Interlocking and managing agencies assisting with program execution
Designing co-marketing and content plans with influencers in IBM and third-party environments
Facilitating high-priority hangouts, blogs, and other co-marketing activities with influencers
Assessing and choosing best social technologies and environments suited to the programs
Building video capture plans with thought leaders and managing video crews onsite for key IBM and 3rd party events
Building social education roadmap to help internal influencers become socially active and training external influencers on required social technologies
Assisting marketing teams to activate social influencer plans for their local geographies with Worldwide resources and plans
Interlocking program activities with offering management, Business Partners, Analyst Relations, academics and user community and communication teams

At least 2 years experience in managing social influencer/advocacy programs and community activity plans
At least 2 years experience in creating high-impact co-marketing social plans with influencers
At least 2 years in identifying and recruiting external social influencers using social tools
At least 2 years experience in activating and training others to be socially active
At least 2 years experience in developing blogs, videos, and podcasts
At least 1 year experience in facilitating video chats with panelists
At least 3 years experience in excellent communication skills
