Candidate must be a deep subject matter expert who can manage a portfolio of organizational transformation consulting engagements and will apply skills in Organizational Change, Digital Transformation, Organization Design, Program Management, HR Strategy, Service Delivery, Change Management, Operating Model, Process Redesign, and Cost Reduction within all industries and in all geographies around the world. Responsibilities include extensive sales, financial and operational leadership to successfully manage this business offering. Candidate must be a strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills, exceptional problem solving abilities, and a keen client needs assessment aptitude. In addition, this leader must work well in a matrix environment; championing the value of Organization Change internally and externally while maintaining strong client satisfaction. Responsibilities Include:
Sales Leadership – Must have a successful track record in driving sales with new clients and expanding sales with existing clients.
Client Delivery Leadership – Relentless focus on driving project delivery, removing roadblocks and focusing on the success of the client.
People Leadership – Hire, develop and retain Talent & Engagement consultants. Work with and develop trust within the Talent & Engagement team while empowering and energizing the team by pioneering their contributions to the overall IBM Corporation.
Thought Leadership – Maintain personal eminence in Organizational Change solutions.
Key Growth Priorities:
Oversee the successful delivery of large Organizational Change programs.
Build sales pipeline and drive sales in Organizational Change solutions.
At least 5 years’ experience in Organizational Change Strategy Consulting, including Executive Alignment and Organizational Governance.
At least 5 years’ experience in creating and executing HR/Talent Transformation Strategies.
At least 5 years’ experience in an internal or external consulting role including the use of formalized consulting and project management methodologies
At least 5 years’ experience leading complex programs and projects that span multiple phases; from opportunity and business case definition, through to implementation and post implementation support
At least 4 years’ experience in assisting with proposal development and sales activities
At least 3 years’ experience presenting/interacting with C-Suite level Executives.
