Join our dynamic consulting team and work with some of the world's most essential clients across a variety of industries. You thrive on establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, business partners and teammates. You are an expert and a hunter and know where to find new supply chain business and development opportunities in existing accounts. You are creative and persuasive and understand how to hook and seal complex deals. You are a leader with a passion for bringing together, mentoring, and inspiring teams to deliver client excellence. Your adrenaline pumps when developing winning proposals, discovering new techniques and technologies, and representing IBM in the marketplace.Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and support demand creation activities within new and existing clients

  • Lead sales activities, assessments, contracting and delivery of the solution

  • Establish and maintain deal focused trusted relationships to scope, solution, propose, close and deliver complex projects

  • Manage multiple, complex sales and delivery engagements simultaneously

  • Business case development, project and program management, business development, proposal writing and management

  • Hands-on development of deliverables utilizing formal structured methodology

  • Assist in the growth and development of the practice providing hands-on leadership and direction

  • Contribute to the growth of intellectual capital and support the development of other consultants through mentoring and/or coaching activities

  • Familiarity with supply chain software offerings from non-ERP companies (e.g. Steelwedge, Kinaxis, E2open, GTNexus, Elementum, JDA, Logility, LLamasoft)

  • Experience in business development and sales of consulting services

  • Experience with technology driven change, analytics/business applications, and program management of large scale transformations

  • Experience in developing and applying supply chain frameworks and tools across supply chain functions (i.e. logistics, procurement, digital supply chain, sales and operations planning, network and inventory optimization, transportation and warehouse management)

  • At least 5 years of experience transforming supply chain organizations

  • At least 5 years of experience working for a consulting services organization as a consultant
