Aligned to a Brand / Solution our teams are responsible for managing and validating client & prospect inquiries, working with marketing on campaigns & targeted sales plays, providing demos & progressing business opportunities with IBM sales channels. As Graduate within our teams you will acquire know-how on IBM Solutions & specialty offerings. You will have the opportunity to work with existing & new IBM Clients as well as providing critical operating support. In addition, you will also gain invaluable experience in areas such a strategic marketing & campaign planning, business case development, operations & reporting, business development client relationship management and project team management.Principal Responsibilities:* Primarily you will work with either IBM’s Digital or Lead Development Divisions so that you can learn what they do and prepare yourself for your future career. The Digital Development team focus on IBM Hardware Solutions. Lead Development teams work in Analytics, Cloud, Commerce, Social & Services. * Working with various sources you will assist Management team to measure sales results and provide business insight to the teams.* Through continuous personal development you will become an offering / brand expert and become the natural choice for the Digital Sales Team.* You will need to have personal drive and ambition to make you stand out. * You will need to build your network of contacts within IBM making yourself a valuable member of the team. * You will need to take personal interest in everything you do, putting your team first, being prepared to take on challenges, solve problems and work with your team to get things done.* You must have strong communication skills and be able to present complex concepts, designs and solutions, verbally and visibly.* You will always be well informed and be able to articulate changing trends in the data you have visibility of and are manipulating. Qualification and ExperienceA completed degree in an IT, sales, marketing or business related discipline.• Ideally you will have some experience in a sales related role.• You must possess good business acumen and the ability to understand how businesses operate.You will need to possess excellent Microsoft excel skills to manipulate data using formulas and pivots to present it in a clear concise way.• You will demonstrate excellent communication, and presentation skills.• A high level of energy, initiative and commitment is required to enable you to work in a fast moving and challenging environment.
