New roles are being created that never existed before to meet the demands of this transformation.Working under minimal supervision, the Client Relationships Manager / Regional Account Manager is a critical role working with our largest, strategic and reference accounts. This position is a blend of a consultant and account manager.

  • Manage relationships with Merge’s largest, strategic, and reference accounts and deliver top-notch service.

  • Maintain regular emails, status calls and on-site visits with customers.

  • Work with clients to ensure all are made aware of potential upgrade opportunities.

  • Analyze customer's needs and recommend solutions that best meet customer's requirements.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with C- and director level personnel of each assigned account.

  • Develop and maintain strategic plans to ensure the company's contractual obligations are met, add-on sales opportunities are pursued and the customer’s long term business strategy is understood.

  • Respond to customer issues and management of escalations and critical deliverables.

  • Serve as a consultant to each assigned customer by understanding industry and product trends, the customer’s business activity and potential impact on each customer.

  • Develop, maintain and leverage solid reference sites for products and services.

  • Provide timely, accurate forecasting to Merge management, including but not limited to, sales pipeline reports, monthly activity reports, business plans, client correspondence and contract documentation.

  • Territory is Midwest US (MN, WI, IA, IN, OH, MI)

  • 5 + years of experience working with customers, vendors, and leading cross functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to recognize gaps and formulate solution alternative with a consulting approach.

  • Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills.

  • A valid driver’s license and safe driving record is required

  • Extensive regional travel (30-60%)
