Practitioners in this job role skill set are responsible for the creation, development and execution of strategic recruitment plans and activities. Recruitment plans and activities include creating a sourcing strategy, attracting and prescreening candidates, and managing candidate channels. Examples of candidate channels include job fairs, agencies, the internet, employee referral bonus programs, etc. This role requires an understanding of the customer's business to identify and secure high quality candidates for available opportunities.
• 1 year experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform your job duties• 2 year experience with computers, including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
