This internship provides valuable insights across a variety of areas and professions – Consulting, Solution Architects, Sales and Delivery with a focus on our Public sector/Government clients. 

Start date: September 2017 (as such, we recommend applying and progressing through next steps quickly)Duration: 12 monthsLocation: Southgate, Melbourne  

Skills/Knowledge preferred: 

· Study background: Final stages of a degree focused on Commerce/Social policy/IT/Finance. 

· PowerPoint – intermediate desirable 

· Excel – basic to intermediate 

· Familiarity with use of Windows and Social Media 

· Innovative in presenting information in different and creative ways 

Personal attributes:

· Strong interpersonal skills - confident, energetic and enthusiastic about working with others and tackling challenges head on 

· Teamwork - Ability to work collaboratively and network effectively

The following gives an indication of some work activities: 

· Liaising with agencies, 3rd party and other internal departments to coordinate activities  

· Work closely with the Sales, Consulting and Delivery teams to promote large opportunities through the IBM process 

· Assist with the preparation and distribution of weekly/monthly reports and meeting minutes/actions as directed 

· Providing insights and ideas into ways to address client pain points and coordinating the team to develop a solution 

Eligibility requirements:To be considered for our Internship Program, please carefully read the following requirements:

· Are currently enrolled in a degree at a University within Australia or New Zealand throughout the duration of the internship

· Have permanent residency or are a citizen of Australia or NZ

· Have a strong academic record i.e. credit average

· Have no more than 2 years relevant work experience
