IBM Sr. Technical Sales Leader, Cloud and Cognitive (A.I) in MARKHAM, Ontario

IBM has future opportunities for Sr. Technical Sales Leaders, Cloud and Cognitive (A.I), and we invite you to apply and be first in line to be considered for these upcoming positionsAs a Senior Technical Sales Leader for Cloud & Cognitive (Artificial Intelligence), you will be assigned to specific clients and you will be paired with a Cloud & Cognitive Technical Leader as part of your Sales Team. You will be accountable for Cloud & Cognitive annual contract targets, your annual client revenue and overall client success as measured by your client's adoption and expansion of Cloud & Cognitive Portfolio Offerings. You will be responsible for the Cloud & Cognitive account strategy for all of your assigned clients. This includes Opportunity identification initiatives for your clients. You will cultivate long term relationships with your clients and be the Opportunity Owner on major cross offering Cloud & Cognitive sales pursuits.As the Senior Technical Seller you will lead all of the technical Cloud & Cognitive subject matter experts to ensure alignment on all opportunities. It will be up to you to differentiate IBM Cloud & Cognitive solutions from competitor solutions for your sales team. From a client perspective, you will deal with Financial Services teams focused on designing, migrating, building, managing, transforming and expanding their services in the IBM Cloud. Your goal will be to build trusted and ongoing relationships with key technical buyers and influencers including cloud developers, CIO's/CTO's and technology procurement.Key Skills and Experience required:

  • Expert level knowledge in Cloud and/or Cognitive solutions including: development operations, hybrid integration, Infrastructure as a service (IaaS), Platform as a service (PaaS), and Cognitive Solutions

  • Experienced level vertical industry/technical knowledge. Ability to articulate architectural models, such as micro services architecture.

  • Experienced level skill in Design thinking and Agile methods

  • Ability to build and lead Cloud & Cognitive account technical strategy including articulation of IBM's unique value to the c-suite

  • Able to envision opportunities and create strong value propositions by helping clients identify high value Cloud & Cognitive entry points

  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)

  • Expert level knowledge in Cloud and/or Cognitive solutions including: development operations, hybrid integration, Infrastructure as a service (IaaS), Platform as a service (PaaS), and Cognitive Solutions
