This role specialises in performing problem determination and problem source identification in the Watson cloud environments.Main Duties and Responsibilities include:Problem analysis, evaluation, recreation, and resolution of client reported problemsUse of relevant problem management systems to search for known problems and to create new entries/update existing entries. You will also be responsible for deploying new releases and new clients on the Watson CloudWorking side by side with a more senior engineer to perform all that is required for this positionWorking with product management to provide feedback and guidance on issues and new featuresBe able to talk to client with good level of knowledge in the Oncology and Pharma fieldFlexible hours for outages and critical issues including nights and weekendsMaintain environments with current versions of middleware including WAS, Red Hat Linux, Java and db2 EnterpriseWillingness to travel to clients (up to 40%) within European market as requiredJoin the forward-thinking teams at IBM solving some of the world’s most complex problems – there is no better place to launch or further your career.
