IBM Technical Sales Enablement Lead in London, United Kingdom

-Build and execute enablement programmes for Cleversafe reps, business partners and clients.

  • Deliver enablement and certification programmes to achieve skills increase measured through certification & assessmentof Sales teams – deliver just in time enablement related to plays/competition or new releases coupled with relevant selling skills content eg prospecting/social selling- Be an active communicator of Cleversafe topics on both internal and external social media.- Work closely with other business units in building Cleversafe sales and technical capabilities cross IBM.- Work closely with Systems and Cloud Enablement teams to deliver Cleversafe enablement to all reps such that they become self sufficient in closing opportunities.- Must also actively deliver Cleversafe education across EU both internally, to partners, and clients.- Use of classroom, virtual, live virtual, webinars, wiki , pre and post work linked to roadmaps and certification, peer sharing, stand and deliver coaching - Become trusted advisor to the Cleversafe Leadership team- Prioritisation of multiple requests based on budget /time out of field- Balance global standardisation with European needs- Speed and agility in responding to short and mid term skills requirements- Ensure managers are coaching to convert training investment into behavioral change- Maintaining solution knowledge to allow informed enablement decision making- Reports to Cleversafe Europe Leadership
