EA provides HCM consulting services across multiple industries, covering the entire employee lifecycle.Our team is expanding and we are hiring HCM Cloud Solution Sales and Business Development Executives.You have proven knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, with experience of solution architecture across the HCM suite (Talent Acquisition, Core HCM, Absence, Payroll, Time & Labor, Learn, Talent Management, Compensation). You are an active member of the Oracle community, up to date with the latest innovations and future roadmap of the product suite. You have experience of running campaigns in the market on HCM on the cloud and working closely with Oracle in the market. You will be opening doors with clients on an HCM on the cloud journey by leading with content discussions and creating net new opportunities for IBMResponsibilities include:

  • Lead on net new opportunities by engaging clients on content discussion on business value of HCM solutions

  • Support new client proposals by reviewing them and recommending a solution

  • Engaging with business representatives and assisting in the translation of high level business requirements into a solution vision

  • Developing a compelling solution architecture to deliver the solution vision and expected benefits

  • Ensure solution feasibility and mitigate risk

  • Proposing a customer roadmap to realise the proposed solution

  • Defining key measures to measure benefits realisation against the proposed solution

  • Act as an ambassador for the Oracle HCM Cloud suite

  • Stay up to date with leading practice covering the full HCM product suite processes

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with counterparts in Oracle Development teams

  • Proven experience of multiple HCM Cloud implementations

  • Sales experience in HCM Cloud - proven ability to demonstrate how to architect a solution and sell to a client

  • Proven experience of Oracle HCM Cloud solution design across the Oracle HCM Cloud suite

  • Proven experience of co-existence solution design between on-premise HCM and Oracle HCM Cloud suite

  • Knowledge of the full Oracle HCM Cloud suite and future roadmap

  • Proven ability of stakeholder management and strong customer

  • Existing Oracle network

  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful architectures for complex business requirements
