EA provides ERP consulting services across multiple industries, supporting Finance and Operations to become more strategic through streamlined ERP solutions enabled by Cognitive solutions. Our team is expanding and we are hiring an ERP Solution Sales and Business Development Executive.You have proven knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud, with experience of solutioning architecture within the Oracle ERP Cloud product suite; Financials, Procurement, Project Portfolio Management, Manufacturing and Planning, Order Management, Risk Management, Enterprise Performance Management . You are an active member of the Oracle community, up to date with the latest innovations and future roadmap of the product suite. You have experience of running campaigns in the market on ERP on the cloud and working closely with Oracle in the market. You will be opening doors with clients on an ERP journey by leading with content discussions and creating net new opportunities for IBM.Responsibilities include:

  • Lead on net new opportunities by engaging clients on content discussion on business value of ERP solutions

  • Support new client proposals by reviewing them and recommending a solution

  • Engaging with business representatives and assisting in the translation of high level business requirements into a solution vision

  • Developing a compelling solution architecture to deliver the solution vision and expected benefits

  • Ensure solution feasibility and mitigate risk

  • Proposing a customer roadmap to realise the proposed solution

  • Defining key measures to measure benefits realisation against the proposed solution

  • Act as an ambassador for the Oracle ERP Cloud suite

  • Stay up to date with leading practice covering the full ERP product suite processes

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with counterparts in Oracle Development teams

  • Proven experience of multiple ERP Cloud implementations

  • Sales experience - proven ability to architect solutions and sell to clients

  • Proven experience of Oracle ERP Cloud solution design within the Oracle ERP Cloud suite

  • Proven experience of co-existence solution design between on-premise ERP and Oracle ERP Cloud suite

  • Knowledge of the full Oracle ERP Cloud suite and future roadmap

  • Proven ability of stakeholder management and strong customer relationship building

  • Existing Oracle network

  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful architectures for complex business requirements
