ResponsibilitiesManage, coach, motivate Digital sellers covering Communications, Industrial, Distribution, Financial, and Public Markets.Setting seller sales targets and objectives, driving team to create required pipeline, then the management of the progression of opportunities within the pipeline towards a successful attainment of the quarterly business targets.Weekly sales tracking and forecasting, sales planning, and reporting of progression towards quarterly targets.This person will be responsible for all aspects of seller performance, including hiring, coaching.Key AttributesMotivated, Driven, good sales acumen, open to change, able to work in highly matrixed environmentHighly disciplined approach to the management of an inside/digital sales team and the execution of the sales processStrong leadership skills with passion for building top performing teams.Ability to collaborate with teams within IBM and partners externally.Comfortable with straight talk both with the team they lead and the leadership team.
At least 3 years experience in in managing digital/inside sales teams within an environment selling complex products, services, SaaS, and/or solution sales.
At least 3 years with solutions comprised of Xaas, software, and services
At least 3 years experience in sales tracking and forecasting, sales planning and operations along with a history of exceeding signings and revenue targets.
