What will you make with IBM? will perform all work onsite at the IBM HIGLAS HOC Linthicum, MD location. Prefer local resources who are willing to commute daily into the Linthicum.MD office. Candidate will be a member of the HIGLAS HOC Leadership team and will be client facing. Candidate will work closely with and take direction from the Operations/Hosting Manager. Responsible for meeting/exceeding Client expectations as per Operations Service Level Agreement between IBM and CMS regarding the interface data processing requirements. Candidate must be willing to work off hours as well as weekends/holidays to support Operations/Hosting/Maintenance work efforts.PSHJ2252

  • managerial experience in supporting a high volume transactional processing environment -10+ years

  • management experience in supporting production schedules and managing/control of substantial IT production operations with responsibility for ensuring established service levels are met - 10+ years

  • ability to analyze complex problems and developing solutions -10+ years

  • leadership/teaming/interpersonal skills- 10+ years

  • Project Planning and coordination experience - 10+ years

  • background with AMS processes and procedures - 10+ years

  • Skilled in managing to system and application metrics - 10+ years

  • managing a large ERP solution both Hosting and Business Support - 10+ years
