HR, Procurement and Finance department from all subsidiaries will be transformed into 2 centres in Ukraine and Pakistan. Delivery team is responsible for process design at Global Shared Service Centre (GSSC) set up phase, process lead during migration phase and transition, training and effective knowledge transfer, support of Vimpelcom GSSC staff during handover as GSS ramps up activity including resolution of any operational issues as they arise, support of staff after cut over as required. Our team is expanding and we are hiring Transition manager.** Job role description & ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible to ensure that new services projects are initiated and implemented within the terms of the contract. They focus on the initial transition period or defined transformation period. In Transition, they ensure the orderly, managed transfer of responsibilities from the client organization to IBM, and/or IBM host country to GD country, utilizing established Transition methodologies, activities, and work products. In Transformation, they helps clients achieve a higher level of SEI maturity by directing, facilitating, coordinating, tracking, and reporting on the successful execution and completion of projects. They develop project plans for the transformation, educate the Transformation Team on the appropriate Transformation Methodology, deploy consistent project management techniques, and lead process improvement projects and activities.
Years of experience:Ideally 5 to 10 minimum working in a multinational environment with international working experience. Prior business process management and/or implementation experience would also be beneficial, as would exposure to organizational design and redesign.Technical skills: Prior service centre implementation experience, in a multi-cultural/multi-lingual environment, Project management – preferably with some level of recognized certification/qualification. Project management in the GSS environment includes managing one or more projects within a portfolio of projects as the GSS initiative is a program.Soft skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills are paramount. The individual must be able to communicate effectively via phone and email as well as in person. The individual should be able to deal with a range of organizational hierarchical levels and functions, driving decisions and effective project management practices.
