IBM Coordinator - English/French Speaker in KRAKOW, Poland

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be playing the key role in coordination of the recruitment process on behalf of our Client across Europe; your main responsibility will be daily cooperation with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates. You will be working from our Centre of Excellence in Kraków and will be providing the service in cooperation with on-site teams.   • Manage the scheduling of all interviews, ensuring both candidates and assessors are fully briefed

  • Act as the main point of contact for Recruiters, Managers and Candidates

  • Collect feedback from Recruiters and Hiring Manages after interviews and upload in relevant hiring system/database

  • Advertise all open positions on the Client or external careers sites in a timely manner

  • Update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in real time

  • Support Recruiters in maintenance of reports and other ad hoc tasks


  • Fluency in English

  • Experience in working in multinational environment would be beneficial

  • Very good organizational skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude and drive for success

  • Ability to work in fast changing environment

  • MS Office skills
