What will you make with IBM?Responsibilities:Perform troubleshooting and problem solving in the area of :

  • Creation, deletion and modification mail accounts, mailboxes, display names

  • Slow performance of mail environment (send / receive)

  • Capacity issues of underlying databases and/or storage, not receiving mails / not being able to send mails

  • Problems with mail relay servers Increase/lower mailbox quota

  • Problems with mail (mail/calendar/contacts) and synchronization with mobile devices

  • Changing rules to handle spam mail

  • Handling delegation rights on mailboxes, distribution lists

  • Handling out of office messages

  • Restoring/archiving mails

  • Providing access to quarantined items


  • Knowledge of windows 2007/w2008/w2012

  • Knowledge of exchange 2010/exchange 2013

  • Knowledge of powershell and interfaces to mail objects

  • Knowledge of and interfaces to mail objects

  • Good knowledge of English
