The role facilitates the business unit management review processes and system. The role provides operational support to the Software Services business unit leader.What does this role entail?Management of Forecast and maintenance of related databaseClose liaison with project managers and delivery manager for customer invoice.Close liaison with sellers and assist in the preparation and completion of statement of work (contract) and management of contract registration processManagement of Project related process and meeting the compliance requirements as per defined normsManagement of utilization processes and monitoring of utilizationRevenue and profit performance analysis, financial performance, gaps, and analysisHelp improve the processes, measurements to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.Responsible to meet the compliance and audit ready at any given time.To maintain the good relationship with Legal/procurement /Tax /Finance to assist business requirementEnsure the reports /data required for GEO/IOT (territory) is completed in timely manner.
