Plant payroll operations and some local legal declarations.Keeping employee personnel filesLegal registration of plant employees for Social Security and Collective labour agreement implementation for payroll calculation and differences.Termination indemnity calculationsStrong knowledge and understanding of Labor Law, Social Security (SGK), Income Taxes and related legislationsSkills:Excellent analytical skillsVery good computer skills – proficiency with Microsoft Office especially excel (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Good written and verbal English language skillsVery good communication skillsExperience:University degree in Economics, Accounting / Finance departments3-5 years of experience within Payroll and its procedures/functions (blue collar environment is plus) preferably at a multinational companyJob Description:Responsible for handling the Payroll End to End Services for IBM’s Procter & Gamble Turkey Account covering 1 Legal entity related to plant part of the company and ensuring compliance & control with IBM and P&G policies and procedures, Service Level Agreement Requirements as well as Country/ies legal and Tax requirements.Location: This job is based in Gebze P&G-Turkey premises.Key Responsibilities:The job holder is expected to perform all payroll related items’ reflection in the system such as wages and increases, vacation days, over time, premium journals, bonuses, benefit related payments’ employer portions including health, life insurances and pension plan, union fees and its differences, advance/loan deductions, execution payments deductions, etc..
