Discover what you can do at IBM.Seeking a Senior IT Professional with strong Pharma Manufacturing Information Systems expertise in installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting and upgrading computation modeling and computer-aided engineering applications and their server/network environments. Further advance your Pharma IT Compliance experience by working with high-demand Pharma Manufacturing technologies, by partnering with the Client to ensure compliance with internal (local) and external (e.g., FDA) requirements and regulations, and by developing innovative IT solutions for emerging technology areas, including cloud. Bring your Pharma IT expertise and experience to a progressive laboratory workplace and be a key member strategically planning new IT solutions and leading and participating in system installation, system migration, and test/validation efforts from scope through deployment. Applying your subject matter technical skills and business knowledge, help our Client obtain the system support and improvements/related return on investment they require while advancing the quality, integrity, and substance of our IT services applied during their Pharma manufacturing lifecycle.You will: Perform as a Subject Matter Expert in Pharma Manufacturing engineering systems showing your competency in business and functional requirement analysis and implementation. Install, configure, manage and maintain Pharma IT Manufacturing Information Systems and Engineering Systems (e.g., Windows servers, Linux, Cloud) and their server/network environments. Have primary responsibility in maintaining a qualified hardware/software environment and in performing end-to-end software verification/validation and testing efforts. Be responsible for maintaining and updating technical and business document artifacts. Mentor and coach newer colleagues. Ensure high-quality conduct and application of Pharma IT Quality Management processes such as Incident Management, Deviation Management, Change Control and Management, Release Management, System Reviews, etc. Apply solid problem-solving methodologies in identifying, communicating and resolving quality issues. Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while efficiently working across the people-process-platform matrix.   • Experienced in system (e.g., Windows, Linux) and workstation support and administration in Citrix environment. Technical strengths in installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of global engineering applications and servers.

  • At least 8+ years performing and leading full-service computer system hardware qualifications and software validations satisfying internal Client and/or US FDA GxP regulations. Technically strong in developing and writing system documentation, manuals, and SDLC-artifacts.

  • At least 7 years IT SME core engagement designing and re-engineering of manufacturing and engineering technology solutions spanning systems and networks. Proven success partnering with Client Business in strategic technology planning and outcome.

  • At least 8 years executing industry best practices in IT Quality Management processes with solid understanding of incident, change, problem, and risk management and security and disaster recovery planning.
