What you’ll do:Supporting AIX Installation Trouble shooting and Configuration• Develops personal rapport and professional respect with customer and professional services teams.• Propose best practices on technology Process & policies.• Planned and Implemented Ontap Upgrade for multiple customer environments without any delay.• Transformed Storage environment perspective, fully responsible for reviewing on service delivery monthly, havemeet with Account Delivery Manager periodically for SLA review.• Created SOP’s for AIX L3 and L4 support teams to assist them during day to day operations.• Provide end to end support for customers on Hitachi Disk Allocation.• Creating RAID groups, binding LUNs, creating Meta LUNs, creatingStorage Groups and registering hosts.• Configure Zoning on Brocade switches• Creating Disk Groups, Volumes from Storage Arrays.• LUN allocations (LUN Masking), de-allocation and LUN deletion for Hosts(Windows/Unix).• Aliasing, creating zones and disabling zones in Fabrics.• Removing zones for decommissioned servers.• Upgrade firmware of SAN switches.• Troubleshooting SAN related issues.• Creating, Managing aggregates and Volumes on the filer.• Knowledge on Data Production using Snapmirror, Snapshot and snapRestore.• Adding Disks to the existing aggregates.• Working on tickets generated from Switches and arrays.• Creating LUN’s and mapping to the server.• Taken care of Incident, Change, and Problem management following ITILProcesses.• Mentoring new joiners and make them ready for project handling.• Handling Server Data migration using robocopy.• Planning and Driving DR Practices using snapmirror, Active/Active andMetro Cluster types• Escalation point for contact for all sev1 escalations.• Performed proactive and reactive problem management tasks.• Migrated data from one place to other using snapmirror.• Planned and implemented all Non-Disruptive hardware changes.Requirements:How we’ll help you grow:
