  • You will use your consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

  • Should have experience in the areas of Hybris Marketing areas with Hands on Configuration Experience covering

  • Marketing Data Management

  • Marketing Contacts and Profiles

  • Segmentation and Campaign Management

  • Multi-step Marketing Automation & trigger-based campaign setup

  • Managing Campaign Management and Planning

  • Marketing Recommendations and Predictive Modelling

  • Marketing Insights

  • Newsletter and Trigger based campaign.

  • Experience in customization and integration options of SAP Hybris Marketing (Integration with SAP CRM(Customer Relationship Management) / SAP ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) etc)

    What you’ll do:

  • Assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the hybris Marketing.

  • You are responsible for implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.

  • Demonstrate extensive functional and/or solution experience through the facilitation, implementation and support of SAP Hybris Marketing to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

  • Minimum 8 years of professional SAP CRM(Customer Relationship Management) experience with minimum of 2 full life cycle software implementation projects in Hybris Marketing

  • Proven knowledge in below topics is plus:

  • Marketing process expertise, (Campaigns or Promotions), “Speaking Marketing”

  • HANA (High-Performance analytic appliance) Analytics, HANA Modelling, HANA Administration, Focus on Performance; Preferably experience with Hybris Segmentation Modelling

  • SAP NetWeaver ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming), Implementation experience with standard data integration tools, Knowledge in SLT(SAP Landscape Transformation), Data Services, EIM(Enterprise Information Management), Web Technologies, Preferably experience with MDM(Marketing Data Management)

  • Experience with SAP Fiori
