Who you are: You will be managing Voice, Accent, Soft Skills and Culture Training for the business. What you’ll do:

  • You will be responsible for meeting all SLAs related to Language and Customer Service Skills.

  • You will have Team Management responsibilities of mentoring and leading a Team of V&A Trainers/ V&A Front Line Managers.

  • You will have to come up with innovative training methodologies to meet stakeholder needs.

  • Responsible for floor performance on Communication/Soft skills

  • Work closely with other functions to ensure consistent focus on training requirements & initiatives

  • Demonstrate innovation in training methodology & processes

  • Drive adherence to all the processes defined as part of training BPMS & keep training BPMS current to match process requirements

  • Drive initiatives & projects to add value to the process and customer

  • Supports intra & inter function collaboration

  • Drive up-skilling & development of employees working for the process

  • Lead the team of V&A trainers, Training AMs/DMs with focus on their career progression
