The HR team has realigned its practices and strategies to embrace the 21st century approaches. HR has moved away from analog ways of working in the past to building a team that is more agile in its approach, is data driven , uses data for decision making, applies cognitive approach for solutions and is continuously transforming to compete and grow in the digital era.The IBM HR Team has 17 Center of Excellence teams/units. The Centre of Excellence teams design and roll out critical HR programs and HR tools and systems. They create frameworks, standard processes and platforms which can be scaled easily. How we will help you grow:-
The Graduate Hire Program is deployed as 18 month Fixed Term Contract during which you will undergo an extensive induction that gives you a glimpse into all the HR verticals of IBM. The Graduate Hire Program is an extensive on the job training program that prepares you to gain knowledge in the HR domain that you’re hired for. Through your work, you will have the ability to shape business outcomes in the HR vertical.There will be opportunities to upskill through learning programs – you may leverage internal resources to build functional expertise through opportunities for learning.Basis performance, manager and peer feedback, the meritorious students will be offered Full Time Regular Role after 18 months. Once you are a Full Time regular, you may have opportunity to cover higher education through IBM Education assistance program as per the policy and manager approvals. This benefit will help you monetarily to cover a % of the program fee on re-imbursement basis.
