Will work very closely with the aligned BU in managing the right organization capabilities, employee culture, effective HR processes and overall retention and recognition.
Support the location leader in driving key HR programs at the location.
Drive diversity initiatives with the Diversity leader at the location.
Provide analytical data and reports to the location leader on various hr program for effective action planning.
Provide guidance to the people managers and employees in managing critical difficult issues.
Identify potential measures of controlling attrition and work on a successful manager/ leadership pipeline with business leaders.
Liaison with other verticals in HR and provide subject matter expertise to the people managers in HR Service Delivery, ER/LR, Payroll, Benefits etc. to address employee issues.
Understand the drivers of Employee Engagement and facilitate discussions on the action plans with the people managers that can influence changes in the organizational work environment.
Partner with Learning and Organizational Development in driving Employee development through structured L&D programs.
