The leader would leads a global team of Subject Matter Experts in Order to Cash and plays a prominent consultative role with new clients, leading client workshops including Process Transformation engagements, solution validation, Order to Cash components in orals and RFP responses, demonstrating deep process knowledge and explaining how work will be delivered with IBM. The Process Leader is responsible for reviewing complex solutions and, prior to sign off, communicating risks and assumptions to delivery leadership. What you will do

  • Responsible for ensuring that Order to Cash teams implement best practices, leverage Robotics process Automation, technology, analytics and tools effectively and work with clients to evaluate process changes that will improve performance

  • Engage in day to day management of operational teams when performance requires improvement, and guide Order to Cash transformation during transition to realize accelerated benefits

  • In addition to the above responsibilities, the Process Leader guides the Order to Cash team in developing and modifying process bluebooks, solutions standards, SLA and Internal Control standards, and process maturity models

  • The Process leader also drives clear and concise communication within the team , and concise executive level reports to client management

  • Close partnering with the Order to Cash offering Lead to operationalize cognitive and automation solutions in the existing portfolio and development of a broad suite of reference clients for these differentiating solutions

  • Proven consultative skills leading client workshops and order to cash consulting engagements

  • Understands and applies expert knowledge of F&A OTC programs, technology, Robotics, policies, and practices to resolve critical issues or develop new/complex programs

  • Understands organizational resources, priorities, needs and policies, and unique requirements of OTC processes

  • Proven client facing skills with senior executives and CXOs(client and internally)

  • Has in-depth knowledge and experience in executing business processes, management and measurement systems

  • Has deep experience in driving teams to work in a service oriented, outcomes based and customer focused environment

  • Possesses broad proficiency control requirements
