This job role covers activities such as cash application, customer master record and business partner fee payment fulfillment processes. People in this role are responsible to maintain client relationships by supporting fulfillment processes, taking ownership of problem resolution, accurately handling processing/transaction requirements, applying effective research techniques, and promoting client satisfaction and sales productivity. Execute the defined business processes, in line with business controls to meet business objectives.
