Job Descriptions1) This role is an individual contributor responsible for on-site installation, maintenance and repair of IBM and multi-vendor systems and components which mainly are on x86 platform2) Perform services activities such as systems assurance, installation planning, account management, system-level problem determination, discontinuance and relocation3) Oncall/standby required4) Field support to other SSRs to take service calls5) Spare parts inventory assessmentRequirement1) Experienced on h/w maintenance for HPE/Dell/Lenovo x86 servers(HPE/Dell is priority), relevant HPE/Dell certifications are definitely advantage2) Position dependent on the actual working experience on HP/Dell/Lenovo x86 server.3) For Advisory SSR, 6 years experience or above is required and will take a role as a Trainer and Field support; less experience will be considered for account SSR3) Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Linux, VM would be an advantage4) Basic knowledge of Networking5) Hardworking and willing to work under pressure and independently.6) Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills7) Basic knowledge on Project Management8) Good sense on managing customer satisfaction and loyalty9) Good written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage10) Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above.11) Immediate available is preferred
