IBM Sales Specialist, Digital Business Group in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain HK response and lead management organization that contributes to the revenue growth objectives of the investing brands

  • Efficiently capture client responses through our marketing, sales and web initiatives´╝îhandle and manage the responses by nurturing them into validated leads

  • Tighten linkages to sales organizations for opportunity passing acceptance and sales closure

  • Responsible for the assigned quota of VLC(validated lead count), MCL(marketing created leads), MCR(marketing created revenue) that grows double digits while reducing E/R via ever-increasing LDR(lead development rep) productivity

Required Skills

  • University Degree or 3 year College Diploma

  • Experience in Sales (ideally in technology, and lead generation)

  • Technical expertise (ideally in IBM products and services)

  • Strong Business Acumen

  • Proven ability regarding:

  • Adaptability

  • Teaming

  • Quickly learn and apply

  • Sales success against targets

  • Effective communication skills

  • Multitasking
