IBM Technical Contractor Coordinator in HEREDIA, Costa Rica

Scope / responsibilities:

  • Provide central subcontractor metro approval – review for leveraged vs non leveraged supplier, skills, rates

  • Conduct CSA electronic solicitation

  • PO administration and reconciliation

  • Onboard subcontractor – IDs, laptop, badges, etc

  • Process subcontractor off-board requests

  • Coordinate subcontractor initiatives with procurement and account teams e.g., rate reductions, furloughs

  • Maintain inventory of subcontractors;

  • Overall subcon process governance and SME

  • Audit support

  • Provide governance of our leveraged suppliers

  • Interface with IBM Procurement on all matters

  • Professional interactions with client teams and high quality work products/deliverables that are accurate, technically and analytically sound, on time.

  • Leadership & training, effectively communicate to management and client teams

Skills Required:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Customer Service Roles

  • 1 - 2 years of experience managing several communication channels (emails, phone, messaging)

  • Excellent Time Management and Prioritization skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office

  • Advanced English level, both spoken & written

  • Self-starter
