IBM Sales Global Program Manager in HEREDIA, Costa Rica

Responsabilities:Programs/Campaign Management

  • Drive key initiatives/campaigns that improve pipeline, signings and revenue in GTS

  • Interface with Client Value plays leaders on new programs and specific initiatives

  • Develop strong linkages between key stakeholders (Service Line, GBS, Delivery, Sales, Marketing and SIH

  • Work with the enablement team on collateral and sales assets to ensure success on initiatives

Business Development

  • Collaborate with IOT’s to achieve client satisfaction targets as measured by the new medalia process

  • Collaborate with S&D and GBS to promote Industry specific work-sessions focusing on industry trends and innovation aligned to cloud transformation

  • Deploy Crystal + education that is customized to our existing outsourced accounts to drive improved wallet share

    Project Management

  • Coordinate bi quarterly meetings with global and the IOT’s team meetings and develop content in collaboration with other Service lines or parties.

  • Manage the work of the teams in light of varying priorities and requirements ( GBS value proposition, HP/CSC competitive view, GTS/GBS migration work etc)

  • Enables close cooperation across all roles and functions

  • Any others global initiatives that could start during the year

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written

  • Good with building structured presentation

  • Individual must be high energy, self-motivated, able to work independently

  • Should be able to handle all type of Global Sales Enablement project of which a portion could be slightly technical but should not be the dominant element.

  • Business acumen, understanding of our overall GTS strategy around ITaaS , collaboration skills to work with IOT's around the globe, project leadership skills are important

  • Understanding of the IBM portfolio is essential
