IBM Regulatory Delivery Leader in HEREDIA, Costa Rica

This role has been created to support the deployment of the HRMS system. It is not to be used for Expertise Assessment. It should not be added to any LOB shortlists. Performs duties of an Export Regulation Coordinator (ERC) or Export Regulation Administrator (ERA) within assigned operating unit or country and acts as consultant to country/site management and staff on export regulation and compliance. Beginner working knowledge of relevant US export regulations and when assigned, local export regulations. Working knowledge of IBM policies and practices, and related compliance requirements; can provide advice to management on US export regulations. Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned. Ensures processes are implemented to address export compliance related tasks such as but not limited to monthly DPL screening, foreign national processes, procedures updates, education and training package improvement. Responsible for overall functional export program success for site/country. Experience supporting an IT environment (2-3 years minimum)Experience working with regulatory/business controls audit environment• Excellent Technical Writing knowledge• Excellent Communications skills (English High Level)• Written skills to review and recommend language in process documentation• Knowledge of Service Delivery• Skilled in usage of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
