IBM Graphic Designer in HEREDIA, Costa Rica

IBM's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) manages global staffing operations and large recruitment campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. Employment Branding (EB) is a service of RPO that serves as an in-house creative team that both supports RPO sales and clients, as well as generates its own revenue that ultimately attributes to the overall RPO revenue goals. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing for external clients, as well as internal clients to tell the story of our products, solutions and clients. The candidate should be well versed in the difference between print design and digital design, and be able to build and package design files accordingly. This role requires a keen eye for detail and an obvious sense for design and design concepts. Responsibilities:

  • Create and design sales support material, digital marketing creative, and print material, in conjunction with marketing efforts for our clients and the Employment Branding and Recruitment Process Outsourcing teams

  • Turn work within tight deadlines and follow direction based from a creative brief

  • Generate and explore different, creative, imaginative or unique approaches; challenge conventional practices; think outside the box—bring innovation to life by design

  • At least 3 years experience in print design

  • At least 3 years experience in digital design

  • At least 3 years experience in Adobe Creative Suite

  • High School Diploma

  • 10% Travel Annually

  • Fluency in English
