IBM Global ISM Maximo Designer Implementer in HEREDIA, Costa Rica

The Maximo Implementer/Designer will be able to configure Maximo using standard tooling in support of fulfilling requirements for the implementation of a globally standard Incident, Problem and Change enterprise.Learn the system configuration and internals entirely and be responsible for evaluating, testing, and implementing any changes at those levels.Stay current on upcoming features/upgrades/trends and evaluate and implement them as appropriate to keep the system current and optimized.Evaluate and implement necessary add-on components.Develop, endorse, and enforce guidelines and standards for product usage and solution development.The ISM Designer/Implementer will also be expected to help more team members grow their Maximo technical skills through formal and informal knowledge transfer efforts.Required Education and Skills:Degree in Computer Science or a related field.Experience with Maximo (also known as TSRM/SCCD/ISM/ICD) and ITIL framework knowledgeEffective technical communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.Proficient in DB2 SQL, AIX, Windows. AIX/ Unix commands, Jython, Python, CMVC and WepSphere.Ability to write maximo custom classes, Workflow Designer, Application Designer, Knowledge of maximo schemas / tables / relationships.Knowledge of TSRM in general, how it works.Desired Skills:Experience supporting Maximo/TSRM/SCCD/ISM/ICD (each of these is a rebrand name for the original Maximo)Experience maintaining any enterprise-level system.Ability to perform system administration and infrastructure support for an enterprise implementation of Tivoli Service Request Manager, including the MEA integration framework.Perform regular maintenance and monitoring activities on the system - automate routine tasks wherever appropriate.Knowledge of SR ,Incident , Problem , Change, Ticket, WOChange, WOActivity,Workorder table.Knowledge of TSRM tables (PMSCMR, PMSCMRLINE, PMSCPR, PMSCPRLINE, PMSCSRVOFF, ITEM.Knowledge of Maximo Escalations, Cron Tasks, Fixpack identification and deployment, Migration Manager.Experience on projects using Agile practices and Rational Tool Suite.Experience working on projects with resources across multiple time zones.Softskills:Ability to work in a agile-oriented environment.Ability to MultiTask and work on parallel assignments.Creative outside-the-box thinking.Willingness to document all work completed.

Use of Tivoli's ISM Application Designer and Jython scripting to configure global standard requirements. Use of SQL to package configuration changes. Ability to use AIX and Linux as development platforms. Use of CMVC as configuration management tool for storing designs and configurations of ISM. Ability to use Lotus Notes teamrooms for team document sharing and email.
