IBM Payroll Specialist in HANOI, Vietnam

Perform monthly payroll operations· Manage payroll workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely· Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports· Understand and update new policies and laws (tax, insurance, etc) to employees· Process accurate and timely year-end reporting· Provide ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed· Release the contract termination agreement, final payment and contract termination decision· Perform mandatory insurance activities for both locations: Hanoi and HCM· Perform dependent registration, Tax finalization and tax – issues· Perform filing employees’ profiles for Hanoi and provide employee certificate as required: Ensure audit readiness of payroll activities.- Assist in employee engagement activities.

· Working knowledge of payroll best practices..· Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel .· Strong work ethic and team player.· Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material· Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.· Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
