  • Will work very closely with the aligned BU in managing the right organization capabilities, employee culture, effective HR processes and overall retention and recognition.

  • Support the location leader in driving key HR programs at the location.

  • Drive diversity initiatives with the Diversity leader at the location.

  • Provide analytical data and reports to the location leader on various hr program for effective action planning.

  • Provide guidance to the people managers and employees in managing critical difficult issues.

  • Identify potential measures of controlling attrition and work on a successful manager/ leadership pipeline with business leaders.

  • Liaison with other verticals in HR and provide subject matter expertise to the people managers in HR Service Delivery, ER/LR, Payroll, Benefits etc. to address employee issues.

  • Understand the drivers of Employee Engagement and facilitate discussions on the action plans with the people managers that can influence changes in the organizational work environment.

  • Partner with Learning and Organizational Development in driving Employee development through structured L&D programs.
