Change Management of Client requirements/scope for the project. Manage impact of changes to the project and Priorities on the delivery organization. Reporting & Tracking of project progressFacilitation and coordination of timely delivery of all project components, work products and deliverables. Work with delivery or project team to obtain nay release schedule data required to assist in the scheduling and management of the project. Escalation of project related RAID (Risk Action Issue Dependency) items where appropriate to IBM Management, Client, delivery hierarchy and 3rd parties.
