IBM is hiring an Americas Travel & Expense Operations Manager. In this role, the chosen professional will manage all aspects of travel and expense operations supporting IBM employees in North and South America. Responsibilities include:
Managing the team supporting approximately 1/3 of IBM's global travel and expense processing
Maintaining operational service levels while providing high quality end user support for these services
Supporting continuous improvement of processes while providing appropriate business controls.
Managing a diverse global team.
Supporting the roll-out of new tools and automation with both requirements and testing.
Ensure that there is effective end user support and handle service escalations quickly when they arise.
Our preference is for a candidate who lives in EITHER the North Castle, NY or Endicott, NY geographic areas.
At least 3 years of experience in an operations leadership role (preferably expense related)
At least 2 years of experience in people management
As this person will be communicating with IBM Executives, person must be able to perform this position with facility using English with high proficiency in order to communicate effectively with Executives
Must be willing and available to work at the office in either North Castle (Armonk), NY or Endicott, NY
