IBM is seeking a Sr. Delivery Project Executive to serve as the primary focal point and owner for all activities on a large complex contract. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Project Executive and delivery organization as a primary point of contact for client needs, requirements, and expectations with regard to assigned IBM delivery team operations. As a trusted solution advisor, you will be expected to provide overall account leadership to the service delivery team in order to develop program, project, product, and business strategies, implementing resulting solution to meet contract deliverables. You will be responsible for service quality, service delivery performance, and drive service excellence. You are the owner of service delivery quality and will be responsible for tracking and reporting service level attainment/objectives, as well as ensuring audit-readiness.An ideal candidate will have experience balancing quality and cost management of service delivery areas, as well as experience establishing effective project communication plans. You should be comfortable presenting frequently to management, the client and team members, on project milestones over the life-cycle of a project.
5+ years of experience in delivery of managed services offerings including engagement transition & steady state
5+ years of experience in regular customer communication at executive levels
