Responsibilities at the campaign level:· Participate in planning & strategy sessions and develop final executable campaign map, with recommendations and consulting on the most effective way to execute tactics in Unica based on past results, system efficiencies.· Identifies tactics for which audience list is required· Designate MAT Collaborate shared templates to be used· Define MAT entry set-up sequence for each collection of tactics· Recommend and define test cells for offers, creatives, message lines, etc.· Agree on delivery date for key inputs: creative, mailing information details, direct mail elements, web-based registration form activation· Execute all campaign tactics in Unica Campaign and/or Unica Collaborate.· Campaign performance diagnostics to develop actionable tactical insights to drive enhanced campaign results in the futureKey Skills· Good communication skills in Japanese and English· Campaign Management, Campaign execution, Database Marketing· Marketing Resource management tools – Unica, Eloqua, Aprimo· Database Tools/Skills: SQL· Experience in making executive presentations and reports
