IBM iX - Director, Sales Enablement - Resource/Ammirati in COLUMBUS, Ohio

IBM is seeking a DIRECTOR, SALES ENABLEMENT to join Resource/Ammirati, an IBM Company.The Director Sales Enablement is a key member of our integrated business development team, across both Resource/Ammirati and the IBMiX Customer Engagement & Design Practice. This comprehensive practice includes studios/offices in Columbus, Chicago, NY, Cambridge, Toronto and San Francisco. The Director is responsible for ensuring that our partners and business leads have a comprehensive set of selling materials representing our overall capability story, case examples, priority solutions and service offerings. As a key member of the Business Development team the individual is responsible for maintaining our selling content across offices and offerings and helps lead the development of new assets, working with both our business development and marketing teams, as well as subject matter experts. Responsibilities:

  • Create content for, manage and optimize the central repository of our solution/service offering materials

  • Partner with subject matter experts and the marketing team to write and develop new, and refine existing, solution/service offering materials as new capabilities are developed, while ensuring all materials are developed through the lens of the customer and associated Business Development goals

  • Ensure that key sellers are equipped with the most current solution/service offering information

  • Manage Sales Enablement related systems and processes (including identifying/introducing new tools and ongoing improvements)

  • Collaborate on the creation and management of a centralized prospect/customer database

  • Support lead generation content and activities

  • Write content for RFIs/RFPs and associated new business pursuits, support BD team on select response activities

  • Continually refine sales enablement best practices as our organization evolves over time

Requirements:

  • A passion for, and deep understanding of, digital marketing

  • Proven history of selling professional services or consulting to senior management, ideally in a marketing services environment

  • Strong writing skills

  • Terrific interpersonal communication skills

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong PowerPoint skills

  • Proven experience with salesforce automation, marketing automation and CRM software

  • A team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
