The Senior Business Analyst identifies the business needs of the organization’s clients and stakeholders. The Analyst will be responsible for: Coordinating daily team activities.Facilitating meetings.Taking meeting minutes and providing necessary follow-up.Gathering, analyzing, and scoping technical requirements.Writing functional specifications and basic architectural diagrams.Understanding software development, testing, change management, and release management.*Working in-person and remotely with client, client customers, IBMers and other contractors. Selected candidates may not need to travel for all projects outside of their metro area. However, all candidates must be able and willing to travel based on assigned project demand. Travel requirements may vary but could be up to 100%.   • At least 5 years experience in Information Technology (IT), plus demonstrated experience in Attained Cúram business analyst training or certification.

  • At least 5 years experience in analysis of business processes, workflow, business requirements and business process reengineering.

  • At least 5 years experience in all aspects of use-case modeling including requirements gathering, use-case model walkthrough with business users and communicating use-case requirements to the application delivery team.

  • At least 5 years experience in a fundamental understanding of the Java platform and other information technologies in general.

  • At least 5 years experience in leading and facilitating workshops in business requirement analysis, rapid application development or joint application development.

  • Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
