The Explorys solution supports Population Health Management and Accountable Care models while applying the power of massively-parallel data processing to help save lives and make healthcare more affordable.As part of the Innovations team, the Project Manager will work with both internal and external clients in support of Innovations and Life Sciences initiatives. Our Innovations team is responsible for enhancing our healthcare big data platform by developing new predictive models, new clinical quality measures, new data elements and more. We help empower our Life Sciences clients to use our data to drive new research and discovery from the platform. Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager Innovations, the Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in planning, coordinating and facilitating client deliverables. Essential Functions:

  • Manages projects, timelines, and deliverables according to the specified project management methodology

  • Update and maintain a centralized repository of standardized project documentation

  • Ensure project plans are updated and communicated as appropriate

  • Maintain proper tracking an documenting of issues and resolutions

  • Ensure status reports are maintained and distributed as defined by the project plan

  • Update documentation necessary to manage deliverables and timelines

  • Track JIRA tickets and follow up with internal resources to ensure issue resolution

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, Engineering or other related area

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Healthcare or Health IT

  • At least 5 years of professional Project Management experience

  • Professional training and/or certifications in Project Management

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Superb analytical and problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of current IT and Healthcare technologies

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Healthcare and/or Healthcare IT

  • At least 5 years of professional project management
