Visit merge.com and follow us @MergeHealthcare.The Account Executive (AE) will be responsible for selling Merge’s Radiology and Interoperability technologies and services within a defined geographical region via the telephone to existing and prospective new clients.

  • Utilize a proactive strategic sales approach encompassing all phases of the sales cycle

  • Meet or exceed all assigned quotas for sales, related applications, and components

  • Develop business funnel/pipeline and ensure proper territory management

  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales Consultant to assure technical accuracy of detailed sales proposals

  • Maintain a thorough, current knowledge of all Merge products and services in assigned portfolio

  • Daily documentation of client and prospect activities within assigned territory in Salesforce.com

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Role will be a fully inside sales role located in Chicago

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/inside sales roles

  • Established business acumen

  • Position is based in the Chicago Corporate Office
