Visit merge.com and follow us @MergeHealthcare.The Eye Care - Account Executive (AE) will be responsible for selling Merge’s technologies and services within a defined geographical region via the telephone to existing and prospective new clients.
Utilize a proactive strategic sales approach encompassing all phases of the sales cycle
Meet or exceed all assigned quotas for sales, related applications, and components
Develop business funnel/pipeline and ensure proper territory management
Collaborate with Pre-Sales Consultant to assure technical accuracy of detailed sales proposals
Maintain a thorough, current knowledge of all Merge products and services in assigned portfolio
Daily documentation of client and prospect activities within assigned territory in Salesforce.com
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/inside sales roles
Established business acumen
Position is based in the Chicago Corporate Office
