IBM Technical Services Professional in CAMBRIDGE, Massachusetts

The IBM Watson Research Lab in Cambridge, MA is seeking a part-time Technical Support Professional to support the technical operations of our local Research team. Candidate should be a highly-skilled and motivated individual with proven work ethics and customer orientation. The ideal candidate is a creative, solutions-oriented individual who considers their mission to make our Research team as effective as possible by providing them with first-class technical and customer support.This role requires high-flexibility in the type of technical support ranging from desk side support for employees who need assistance with their laptops (including hardware and software issues), to general technical support related to the Research team's facilities such as, audio and video, video conferencing, computer networks and servers. Position may also involve technical support for special local and remote Research events. Moreover, the individual is expected to coordinate and interface with any local and remote technical support teams to get the job done. This is a part-time supplemental position.
