Armed with Resilient, security teams can have best-in-class response capabilities.Position Overview:Marketing Communications Manager reports to directly to the Director of Marketing and provides critical marketing support across various functions within the Resilient marketing team including email marketing, content development, and events marketing support. Candidate is a crucial part of the team, self-motivated, highly organized, and has the ability to work effectively independently and as a contributing member of our team.Job Responsibilities:
Candidate must have the ability to write high-quality, thought leadership content pieces requiring minimal edits. Writing skills should span various pieces, including external newsletter development and email marketing campaigns.
Creation of email marketing campaigns. This includes strategy development, content writing, and working with digital team on final execution and distribution. Campaigns will focus on event and webinar promotion as well as distribution of thought leadership/analyst reports.
Oversee newsletter program, including content development, branding, and execution/distribution to prospects and marketing database.
Support Marketing Events Manager with logistical and onsite support for various trade show and corporate events, including:
Serving as a liaison between sales representatives & managers, vendors, show management and transportation providers regarding logistical installation and dismantling of displays and exhibits.
Providing day-to-day clerical support (including registration forms, check requests, exhibitor services, badges, certificate of insurance, etc.).
Ensuring collateral is being created/updated in a timely manner (i.e. flyers, appropriate signage, press releases, case studies, white papers, newsletters.)
Creating booth drivers for each event to ensure enough leads are being brought into the sales funnel.
Demonstrated organizational and writing skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
Self-starter. Takes independent action to identify and solve problems. Seeks out relevant information needed to make decisions. Gets involved with new initiatives.
Positive attitude and demonstrated communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results.
Proficiency in GoToWebinar, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
